Arbitration and Mediation
The Leidsegracht Advocaten lawfirm regularly advises clients in arbitration cases, including proceedings before the Netherlands Arbitration Institute and the 'World Intellectual Property Organisation' (WIPO). All of our lawyers have a broad experience in the field of litigation in arbitral proceedings.
Theo Bremer regularly acts as mediator in legal disputes, in particular within the framework of the 'Mediation alongside Adjudication' project. He regularly acts as arbitrator and is, moreover, alternate justice in the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
