Marije Roeloffzen has been a lawyer since 2007. In June 2008, she joined Leidsegracht Advocaten.
Marije is specialised in labour law and acts for both large and smaller companies in both the private and public sector. She litigates, negotiates and advises on a wide range of labour law issues, such as dismissal disputes and the assessment of employment agreements and restructuring. She also regularly assists staff at various levels.
Marije studied private law and constitutional and administrative law at the University of Groningen and the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she also worked at the Legal Advice Centre for Migrant Workers. Marije has a good command of English and German and, to a lesser extent, French.
